This year, the GMC Sierra 1500 earned an impressive 564 TQI score. This figure is based on input from more than 77,000 vehicle owners within their first three months of ownership. Clearly, Sierra 1500 owners are very satisfied with their new truck. Strategic Vision highlighted the Sierra 1500's strengths, stating it “impressed customers with its blend of power and versatility.”
The 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 is offered in trims such as Pro, SLE, Elevation, SLT, AT4, Denali, AT4X, and Denali Ultimate. In its most advanced form, the truck is equipped with a 6.2L V8 engine, a 10-speed automatic transmission, 22" 7-spoke ultra-bright machined aluminum wheels, and a large 13.4" diagonal center touchscreen (featured in the Denali Ultimate trim).
Engine power plays a significant role in how customers perceive the quality of a full-size pickup. The GMC Sierra 1500 delivers four engine choices, providing ample power for any task. Its strongest option, the 6.2L V8 engine, produces 420 horsepower, while the base TurboMax engine offers 310 horsepower. GMC gives drivers the ability to tailor their truck's performance, and it appears that this customization won over the truck buyers surveyed by Strategic Vision, helping the Sierra 1500 outshine the competition this year.
