Do I Have to Pay for Recall Repairs?

Diagnostics and Repairs

You will be happy to hear that you won't have to pay for any repairs made to your vehicle as a result of a recall notice. The manufacturer is obligated to cover the costs of repairs, so you will be reimbursed for anything that you will need to pay out of pocket. Keep in mind that this only covers repairs that fall within the scope of the recall. You will still need to pay for any additional repairs that are made.
