What's New for the 2022 GMC Acadia?

The 2022 GMC Acadia is a capable midsize SUV with three rows of seats. The Acadia is slightly larger than the Yukon, one of GMC's popular SUVs, and the Terrain, another popular compact SUV from GMC. The Acadia comes in four trim levels, which provides you with many options for building your own custom vehicle. The GMC Acadia has a refined ride quality across the lineup, and it comes with many standard technology and safety amenities beginning with the base trim level. There are some new features to look forward to in 2022, including more standard safety equipment.

2022 Acadia Trims & Features

There are four trim levels in the GMC Acadia lineup. The family starts with the SLE, followed by the SLT, the AT4, and the Denali. The SLE has an impressive list of technology, especially for a base model, that includes an eight-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The base trim has a six-speaker audio system as well. Keyless ignition is included with the SLE trim, and it also has a keyless entry. There are five USB ports in the cabin, and the base trim has an onboard WiFi hotspot. The SLT is the second trim, and it adds plenty of additional accessories. The SLT comes with leather seats as an interior upgrade. The seats are also heated in the front row. Remote start is an added convenience with this trim level, and its infotainment system includes navigation. A power outlet is also added to the middle row for convenient device charging on the go. The sound system is upgraded to a Bose sound system that has an HD radio. Next comes the AT4, which is the most off-road oriented in the GMC Acadia line. The AT4 has black exterior accents and standard all-wheel drive. The Denali tops the line with ventilated seats, a wireless charging pad, and heated second-row seating.
